This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person committed dacoity, as per first information report. One mobile phone was alleged recovered from the possession of this petitioner, which was looted during course of occurrence.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2016. he has got no criminal antecedent and never put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabhua, or successor Court.
