This writ petition was filed questioning the order dated 25.10.2000 passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas in Mutation Revision Wad Sankhya 24 of 1999 whereby he has set aside the order on 30.6.1999 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms in Case No. 7 of 1997-98 whereby the appeal of the revisional petitioner who are the private respondents herein had been dismissed and the order of the Circle Officer was confirmed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12730 of 2000 (5) dt.27-07-2015 This writ petition has stood dismissed as against the private respondents for non-compliance of the peremptory order passed on 06.01.2005 and thus has been rendered incompetent as it cannot proceed in their absence.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
