1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"(1) For setting aside the order dated 04.11.14 passed by the District (Teachers Appointment) appellate Authority Saharsa whereby and whereunder the Appeal No. 22 of 2014 preferred by the present petitioner against the appointment of the Respondent No. 12 on the post of Shiksha Mitra who was subsequently made Panchayat Teacher.
(ii) For direction upon the other respondents to
Patna High Court CWJC No.17347 of 2015(4) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 remove the respondent No.12 who got selection / appointment on the basis of forged certificate. (iii) For direction for recovery of salaries paid to the respondent No. 12 whose appointment is based on forged certificate.
(iv) For any other relief(s) to which petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
