The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.182 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

It is alleged that 193.750 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is having a clean antecedent. He is in custody since 04.08.2018.
