Sri Dhurjatti Kumar Prasad , learned GP No. 14 submits that the petitioners have prayed in the writ petition for a direction to the respondents to publish their result in relation to appointment of Constable pursuant to Advertisement No. 02 of 2009. By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph no. 6 of the writ petition he submits that petitioners themselves have stated that their candidature was rejected on the ground that they were over aged. He submits that in view of the statement made in the writ petition, there is no reason to pass any favourable order.
