JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against petitioner is of committing theft of buffalo of the informant and accused persons, including the petitioner were seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence and there is allegation of firing also against them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP and perused the impugned order. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender and pray

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.517 of 2019(3) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
