ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Chewara P.S. case No.5 of 2015 (G.R. No.326 of 2015) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 427, 337, 338, 332, 333, 353, 323, 326, 325, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
The Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
