Pursuant to order dated 17.12.2015, the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is present and files supplementary show cause in which he has given details of the action taken against various officers under him who were responsible for non compliance/violation of the order of the Court dated 13.10.2015. He also tenders apology for such lapses. In view of the aforesaid, the Court does not propose to proceed against him further in the matter relating to violation of the order of the Court. Accordingly, the issue stands consigned.
The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad stands dispensed with.
