Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and some others had got hidden themselves in the house of the petitioner after causing firearm injury to one Satyawant Patel. Police reached there and on the disclosure of the petitioner, one pistol said to be used in causing injury to Satyawant Patel was recovered from the heap of straw and similarly, several other firearms were recovered on the disclosure of other accused persons.

Moreover, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 2.2.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
