It has been alleged by the informant, a police personnel that during course of conduction of raid, Md. Shahjahan @ Pasha, Md. Farhan and Md. Amir were arrested from whose possession, arms and ammunitions as per seizure list were recovered. It has further been disclosed that they have further divulged regarding presence of their associates who managed to escape as Md. Babar, Md. Imran and Md. Tarikh (petitioner). Petitioner happens to be under custody since 25.07.2016. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Md. Tarique @ Md. Tarikh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two
