1. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20.11.2014 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Purnea, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Trial No.1067 of 2013 arising out of Barhara (Raghunath Nagar) P.S. Case No.176 of 2011.

2. Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on disputed question of facts which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

3. The application is dismissed.

4. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to
