Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 805 grams of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the petitioner is that the recovered quantity comes below small quantity and petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2016. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
