Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.02.2020 and he has no criminal antecedent.
