Learned AC to SC-12 has appeared submitted that instant petition has been launched against an interlocutory order, which never been violated. Furthermore, it has been submitted that by Annexure-C, the writ petition had already been disposed off whereunder no relief has been allowed in favour of petitioner save and except to have the amount returned so deposited at their end as settlement amount after deduction in proportionate way for the period enjoyed by them. On account of absence of petitioner there happens to be complete absence of relevant material to infer any kind of activity contrary to the order impugned.
