The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore F.A. No.606 of 1994, which stood dismissed long back in the year 2000 itself. The present restoration petition was filed after more than ten years from the dismissal of the First Appeal. If the State adopts casual approach, certainly Court cannot come to rescue such persons.

The petition stands dismissed.
