This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 26701 (c) of 2014, disclosing offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Since this application arises out of a Complaint Case, I direct the petitioner to appear before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail if so advised. If he does
