JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 22-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant. Also perused the order dated 16.12.2016 whereby the provisional bail was granted to the petitioner for a period of three months from the date of release.

Affidavit(s) on behalf of the petitioner as well as the opposite party no.2, namely, Raushani Kumari, have been filed. Both the counsel(s) referring to the averments made in their respective affidavit(s), have submitted that the petitioner has married Raushani Kumari and both of them are living as husband and wife.

It is stated that pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2016, the petitioner was released provisionally on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52562 of 2016 (3) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 26.12.2016. The period of provisional bail has not lapsed till date. Considering the submissions made by both the parties, the order passed on 16.12.2016 in consequence thereof the petitioner was released provisionally on bail, is hereby confirmed.
