Petitioners are accused in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered under Sections 272/273 of the I.P.C. and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 90 liters of illicit country made liquor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 20.07.2016 and 02.08.2016 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
