JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that while the informant was coming from customer service center after taking money of Rs. 50,000/-, four unknown persons stopped him and snatched away the money as well as his motorcycle. Apart from that he is an accused in eighteen other cases and most of the cases are under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in this case, he is not named in the F.I.R and save and except confession of co-accused and his own confession, there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner to connect him with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21873 of 2019(4) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 present case and he has been in judicial custody since 18.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioner is accused in eighteen other cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
