The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 356 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
