2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have enticed the daughter of the informant with ill motive.

4. From the impugned order, it appears that the victim girl has said in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. that she had eloped with the petitioner and got married to him in Bangalore.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Exclusive Judge POCSO, Aurangabad/concerned Court in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023.
