The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015 registered under section 427/34 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act, has filed the present application for grant of anticipatory bail. Mr. Singh, on instruction, states that the petitioner, during the pendency of this application, has been summoned by the Investigating Officer under section 41(1) (a) of Cr. P.C. In view of the notice that has been issued, the I.O. is not supposed to arrest the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the application as such has become infructuous. Counsel for the
