The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tariyani Chapra P.S. Case No.03 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406,409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no chance of further absconding, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the
