JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as also counsel for the Informant. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the Informant that the petitioner has made a false statement in this petition and there is suppression of fact in the affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an enquiry to the matter, whereafter, he has come forward and accepted that there are three criminal cases pending against the petitioner which are Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2011, Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 331 of 2011 and he could not give the number of the third case.

In that view of the matter, this petition is dismissed. The Registrar General of Patna High Court is
