Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 22(3) Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against about 150 persons. No specific overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22334 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
