For the Petitioner : Mr. Mani Madhukar, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Sanjay Prakash Verma, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 3.
09-11-2016 Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that payments, as per the orders of this Court, has already been made.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this fact. He states that over Rs. 28000/- have been shown as deducted at source under the Income Tax Act, 1961, but no certificate has been given in this regards. It is upon the petitioner to verify from Form 26AS as to the tax deduction at source, that is the statutory liability.
That being so, in my view, the order has substantially complied with. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
