The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 03.05.1996 passed in Consolidation Revision No. 59 of 1994 by the respondent Joint Director of Consolidation, Muzaffarpur, as contained in Annexure-4, whereby after considering the entire claims of both parties, based on genealogical table, revision application filed on behalf of the respondent no.4 has been allowed.

Though, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner argued the matter for some time, but he has not been able to point out any legal infirmity in the impugned order or any procedural error committed by the revisional authority, while passing the impugned order dated 03.05.1996 (Annexure-4). Hence, this Court does not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned revisional order dated 03.05.1996 (Annexure-4).
