JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has appointed as Contract Teacher on the basis of forged certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that after verification in the year 2011, he has been appointed and now false and concocted case has been lodged and he has already been terminated from the service and as such, even if, the allegation for the same, he has already faced consequences for that.

Having heard both sides, considering the above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31911 of 2019(4) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Gorakh Nath Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Gaya/court concerned in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the condition that he is to co-operate in the investigation.
