Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The offence, alleged, is murder and the evidence is based on circumstances. The petitioners were, allegedly, last seen with the deceased. During the investigation, there is a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53752 of 2016 (3) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 common confessional statement singed by the several accused persons including the petitioners and the charge-sheet has been submitted against them.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/successor Court in connection with Araria Police Station Case No. 585 of 2016.
