The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail of Opposite Party No.2 (petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.42068 of 2022), who was granted bail in that case vide order dated 30.11.2022 on the basis of two grounds:
(i) The O.P. No.2 has suppressed his criminal antecedent. (ii) The O.P. No.2 was agreed to pay 20% of Rs.2,00,000/- to the informant (mentioned in the detailed order of Cr. Misc. No.42068 of 2022) i.e. Rs.40,000/- of Rs.2,00,000/- but it was wrongly typed in that order that O.P. No.2 will pay
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28789 of 2023(5) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 Rs.20,000/- to the informant in place of Rs.40,000/-. 3.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 that the O.P. No.2 is ready to pay additional Rs.20,000/- to the present petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the case record, I do not find any ground to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the O.P. No.2 to pay additional amount of Rs.20,000/- to the present petitioner, apart from the earlier direction of payment of Rs.20,000/-. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
