The name of the petitioner is "Rajan Kumar Soni", which has been clearly and rightly spelled in the application. However, because in the impugned order dated 19.05.2020, the name of the petitioner has been printed as "Ranjan Kumar Soni", the order dated 20.08.2020 also reflects his name as "Ranjan Kumar Soni" in place of "Rajan Kumar Soni".

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21078 of 2020(4) dt.19-10-2020 2/2 attention of this Court to the First Information Report in which also, the name of the petitioner has been entered as "Rajan Kumar Soni" and not "Ranjan Kumar Soni". Considering the aforenoted aspects of the matter, let the name of the petitioner in the order dated 20.08.2020 be read as "Rajan Kumar Soni" in place of "Ranjan Kumar Soni".

The Court Master points out that in the order dated 29.06.2020 also, the name of the petitioner has wrongly been stated as "Ranjan Kumar Soni" in place of "Rajan Kumar Soni".

Let the order dated 29.06.2020 be also modified and the name of the petitioner be read as "Rajan Kumar Soni" in place of "Ranjan Kumar Soni.

Both the orders, referred to above, stand modified to the extent indicated above.
