The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 22.08.2015 in Sessions Trial No. 843 of 2013 arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2012 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code by which the learned Additional Sessions Judge -III, Patna City rejected the petition under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C.
