As a matter of fact, petitioner is sister-inlaw (Gotni) of the informant and specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Suraj Chaudhary, who happens to be husband of the informant. Petitioner is a victim of over implication and has falsely been implicated in this case merely because she happens to be in-law of the informant. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.
