JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim girl appears to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and Para-7 of the case diary goes to show that the victim stated before the I.O that after kidnapping she had been kept in the house of the petitioner and petitioner as well as Md. Habbu were talking with each other to sell her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Amour P.S.Case No. 87 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur VI, Purnea stands rejected.
