The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No.179 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Punit Yadav kidnapped his minor daughter and his brother, Amit Kumar(petitioner), mother and father helped him in kidnapping the victim. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner did not participate in the crime. There was love affairs between the victim and Punit Yadav. Petitioner is in jail since 16.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73657 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.179 of 2018.
