The allegation against the petitioners has been leveled under Sections 302/34 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 Prevention of Witches (Daain) Practices Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that no allegation of assault to the deceased has been leveled against the petitioners and they are in custody since 26.5.2016. Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

In view of the fact that no allegation has been leveled against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten
