Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.6279 of 2022 dt.20-06-2022 2/3 Petitioner contends that the petitioner's appeal against the order of dismissal is pending consideration before the appellate authority.

Shri Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that if the petitioner were to fully cooperate and appear before the appellate authority on 4th of July, 2022, the said appeal shall be considered and decided expeditiously and positively within a period of two months therefrom. Statement accepted and taken on record.

As agreed upon, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the appellate authority to positively decide the appeal within a period of two months, in accordance with law. It stands clarified that in the event of petitioner being absolved, the amount in terms of the fixed deposit scheme
