Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paraiya P. S. case no. 104/2014 registered under sections 341, 323, 32, 307, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

All petitioners are ladies and there is allegation against them that they assaulted the informant and her family members with bricks and danta but there is counter case also and some persons sustained injury in the said counter case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1091 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Paraiya P. S. case no. 104/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
