Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2013 registered under Sections323, 379 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no evidence of his second marriage and only suspicion has been raised in this regard. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that matter was referred to the Mediation Centre however the same failed. There is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against this petitioner.

No.48565 of 2013 (6) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
