31-01-2017 It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 24, that almost similar dispute, which has been raised in the present writ petition, is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that after final disposal of the case by the Apex Court, the petitioner, if so advised, may avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.
