Petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.879 of 2018 registered under Sections 467, 468, 411 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant got information that some criminals were planning to commit some crime with a looted Scorpio near Sahni Line Hotel, Vijay Chhapra. The police raided the place and arrested the petitioner and others. From possession of Ravindra Sahni arms and ammunition were recovered. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was sitting near the line hotel but on mere suspicion, he was apprehended.
