Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.07.2016 in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Co-accused Sulo Yadav and Lurak Yadav having allegation of commission of fire-arm injury have already been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No.4755 of 2015 on 04.08.2015 and Cr. Misc. No.23731 of 2015 on 29.07.2015. There is no overt act against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52715 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Khagaria/Successor Court, in connection with S.C.
