Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 504 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners had executed two sale deeds in favour of the complainant. The statement of the complainant, on oath, reveals that the land under one sale deed is under dispute and in respect of another sale deed, Rs.20,000/- of the consideration money was still due.

No.20697 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 Considering the civil nature of dispute, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 1287 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Awinash Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabua, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
