The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent nos. 4 & 7 and the respondent nos. 4 & 7 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9422 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent nos. 4 & 7 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent nos. 4 & 7 are directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
