2. Pursuant to order dated 11.09.2019, show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 1.

3. In the same, copy of order dated 26.09.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has been brought on record. The same indicates compliance of the order dated 31.05.2018, passed in CWJC No. 5701 of 2017.

4. The order has been complied with belatedly but unconditional and unqualified apology has been tendered.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, nothing remains in the present application, which accordingly stands disposed off.

6. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law with regard to any grievance he may have against the order dated 26.09.2019. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
