24.08.2020 Heard Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sharda Kumari, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bihariganj P. S. Case No. 344 of 2019 dated 11.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that the occurrence took place out of a trifle. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim but the injury suffered by him is stated to be simple.

The petitioner and the victim as well as the informant are neighbours.

Some of the other accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner bears good moral character.

Considering the afore-stated facts and the nature of accusation against the petitioner, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Shri Abhmanyu Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P. S. Case No. 344 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
