JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 18 and odd litres of liquor from the Jalawan Ghar of the petitioner. Apart from that, he is accused in one more case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has been in judicial custody since 7.10.2018 and so far criminal antecedent is concerned, he is on bail in that case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -2- cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018.
