2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that the entire amount as a result of financial upgradation given on account of the benefit of Second ACP and

Patna High Court CWJC No.5930 of 2023 dt.14-09-2023 2/3 Third MACP has already been sanctioned vide order no. 88 dated 30.08.2023 in light of the recommendation of departmental screening committee, however, the Block Development Officer has also informed vide Letter No. 579 dated 01.09.2023 written by Block Development Officer to Accountant General, Bihar.

3. Considering the non presence of learned counsel for the petitioner no objective would be fulfilled, keeping the present writ petition pending before this Court, the Accountant General, Bihar is directed to forthwith take steps to issue authority and communicate the same to the Treasury Officer.

4. The concerned Treasury Officer is directed to forthwith credit the entire amount into the account of the petitioner. The above exercise is required to be concluded within a period of four weeks by the Accountant General, Bihar and the concerned Treasury Officer so that the petitioner may not further be harassed.

5. In case of failure the Accountant General and Treasury Officer will face the consequences for not complying with the order within time.

6. With the above observations and directions, the
