The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2023 and there is recovery of total 114.80 liters of country made wine.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail
