2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He along with his family members are alleged to have killed the deceased who was in the family way.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased while being taken to the hospital died on the way. The petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the dead body of the deceased was cremated by the accused persons without informing the family member of the deceased. There is

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
